How can we help?

Installation, charging, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

01

Installation

Nothing is wired. The bracket takes two screws, the light clicks onto it, and the shade hides the charging port. A screwdriver is the only tool you need.

02

Charging & battery

Lift the light off its bracket and charge it over Type-C, exactly like a phone. A full charge runs for days at a few hours a night — larger batteries run longer.

Run times for each battery are listed on every product page.

03

Orders & delivery

Your order and its status live under Your account, and we email a confirmation as soon as it is placed.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, email us with the order number and a photo, and we will put it right.

04

Contact us

Include your order number, which light it is (the SKU is on each product page) and a short description of the issue. A photo or a short video helps more than anything else.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need an electrician?

No. Every light is battery powered. You fix the bracket with two screws, hang the light on it and charge it over Type-C. Nothing is connected to the mains.

How long does a charge last?

It depends on the battery and how bright you run it. The smallest 5000mAh set runs about 10 to 24 hours, the largest 15000mAh set about 30 to 80 hours. At a few hours a night, that is days between charges.

How do I change the colour temperature?

Use the remote. Every set switches between warm 3000K, neutral 4500K and daylight 6000K, and dims smoothly from there. The remote also sets a 0.5, 1 or 2 hour sleep timer.

Do the lights come as a pair?

Yes. Every set ships as two lights with one remote and a Type-C cable, so a pair either side of a bed or a picture arrives complete.

Can one remote control several lights?

Each remote controls the two lights in its own set. If you add a second set later, keep its remote — or pair the lights you want to control together.

What can I mount them on?

Plasterboard, plaster, wood and most solid walls, with the screws supplied. For tile or glass, use an anchor made for that surface — email us if you are unsure and we will tell you what to use.
